Progress and Concepts
Must remember to update here with my studies finished and all 😛
Steampunk is one of the genres I am most captivated by its fusion elements of sci-fi, fantasy victorian style, history and culture so I decided for fun to model a pair of steampunk goggles
Here are some in-progress screen captures and rough renders of a the geometry so far, goggles concept by Oscar Cafaro
Here are sketches of how i would like to arrange my booth for the portfolio show. I hope to have 2 tall vertical banners on each side showcasing two of my work with my name and job title printed either top or below. I’m also deciding wither or not to include either a horizontal banner with my name, or a table top cloth printing with my name and logo.
What will be on my table with be either a tv or computer screen playing a loop of mt demo reel, a laptop where people can browse my website. I will also display my portfolio bound book on a table stand to show vertically and place my business card and leave behinds.
Here is a recent draft of my Demo Reel. There will be some changes to the content of work later on.
Like the venice scene needs more work
Design Ideas for my Demo Reel DVD Cover and Disc Design.
The back cover will feature a shot list of my 3d work in the demo reel. I’m deciding on either to place a rendered image of one of my best work on the front cover or it will be just my name title. If I am to choose the front cover image design, ill make a better composition of my 3d model that would best suit for the DVD cover.
Modeling stage is complete. Now its ready to be textured and maybe handed over to someone for rigging and animating
Almost there, just the arms to do
